1. My Co-Host cannot see the "Stats" in his profile (earnings, views, etc..)....What can we do to fix that?? 2. Smart Pricing has failed me...it voided out Weekend pricing AND gave someone regular price for New Years..Ugh...Is it better to take off smar... Latest reply by Kelly149

I want to open and read my messages. I click on the message thread, and the program takes me to another page....but the message does not display. This has been happening for the past 2 weeks and I had no problem previously. What am I doing wrong? Latest reply by Blake12

I have had 3 guests tell me they can't book because Air BNB cant confirm their identity. I have my settings set to AirBNB standard requirements and I have Instant Book on. Is there anything else I can do to help them? Latest reply by Lawrene0
