I have a guest who is trying to book for July 2018 but my calendars are "greyed"out and he can't book. Can I open up the dates for him?

I want to open and read my messages. I click on the message thread, and the program takes me to another page....but the message does not display. This has been happening for the past 2 weeks and I had no problem previously. What am I doing wrong?

I have had 3 guests tell me they can't book because Air BNB cant confirm their identity. I have my settings set to AirBNB standard requirements and I have Instant Book on. Is there anything else I can do to help them?
