  Stains of any kind on towels and linens are usually considered normal wear.  If you can prove that damage was caused by deliberate malicious disregard of the space and your rules, that might be a different case.

There are many discussion thread about stains that have great advice about cleaning the stains and what types of towels and linens to purchase.

I looked at the terms and these are not those stains under the definition of wear and tear - its purple hair dye dried and permanent.
