For the past 2 weeks, I have not been able to open my messages by clicking on the message thread.

I want to open and read my messages.  I click on the message thread, and the program takes me to another page....but the message does not display.  This has been happening for the past 2 weeks and I had no problem previously.  What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried a different web browser by any chance? You could also try to clear the cache/cookies of your browser and see if that works?

I have also had the same problem. I click on the person's name in message history and am routed to the Calendar to view the person's resrervation but still not able to access the message thread. I am using the same Safari browser for the last two years. This just started about 3 weeks or so ago.
