billing a longterm renter.

I need to see where on the site the future renter is paying. the break down. he is suppose to pay just the first mont. he says he is being charged the full about. where can i see this

@Shiela2 How long is the guest staying? Typically, they will input their credit card and be charged the first month, then Airbnb will use the same card to bill at or around the beginning of the future months. The guest shouldn’t be charged the entire amount (for multiple months) up front.

@Shiela2 And be aware that sometimes there are issues with the payment for the following months (from hosts' posts in the forum here).
