Request listed as "not possible" due to a check in on same day as their requested check out

Hello!  I am a new host with airbnb.  I have my setting so that guests have to request through me to book.  I had an enquiry which I responded to and pre-approved. I had another request to book on the same day that they were checking out which I accepted right away.  Now airbnb says that the first request is "not possible" because I already have a booking.  I have set my check out time to 11 am and check in to 3pm.  

Anything I can do?

Hello @Gillian86 I don't get it. Did you mean that someone wanted a few hours' stay? Normally, if someone books and is supposed to check out, say, on 13 Oct at 11.00, another guest can without any problems check in at 15.00. I am not sure what you mean by blocking in this case.
