Guests having trouble booking. Help Please!

I have had 3 guests tell me they can't book because Air BNB cant confirm their identity.  I have my settings set to AirBNB standard requirements and I have Instant Book on.

Is there anything else I can do to help them?

@Ashley202, do you want someone in your home who is unable to confirm their identity? It really isn't that hard for them. If you want to take the time, you can walk them through photographing their ID and taking a selfie, but that is often an exercise in frustration with difference devices and browsers. Tell them you are sorry you are unable to help, since it is Airbnb who sees their information and not you. Then you could give them Airbnb contact information if you like. Be careful. It looks like you are new, so don't let anyone in who does not jump through the Airbnb hoops, no matter how heart-rending their story.
