Cancellations

We help a landlord to manage their property on Airbnb and the cancellation policy is set to Strict (therefore if a guest cancels up to 7 days they receive a 50% refund only).

 

We had 3 cancellations in total however only 1 of the payments were sent and recorded in the transaction history - the other 2 have been refunded without penalty.  I just wondered why this would be.
