Airbnb steal my money and support never answer

Hello, maybe some one can help me!

I am host experiance in airnb. I have more than 90 5 stars reviews. 

The situation is very easy - i had 6 guests, airbnb sent me money for 4 guests! I called around 10 times, everytime they told me that someone will contact me asap, but noone contact me never! I don't know what to do. Please advice how to get my monwy back. I am so surprice how mean is airbnb support..thanks in advance
