Being lied to about group/ event

The young man who reserved my property lied about the members of his group and the intended use for the evening. He booked under the guise of

hosting a family reunion for his 80year old granfather but in reality the event was for a college organization. What's my best course of

action?  The house looks ok but I am frustrated about being lied to...

@Sam117 People lie. If he didn't do any damage thats great. I would personally be irratated about his party. I would reflect that in my review. I don't think you can knock off any stars. Other than perhaps for communication. They didn't communicate truthfully.  In your private feed back you can tell him more of your feelings.   Thats all IMO. I am new here but that is food for thought.

@Sam117 Did they do any damage to your property or annoy your neighbours? How did you find out?

Personally I would mark him down for communication and in your review after talking about how he was as a guest, express your disappointment about being lied to and say that you wouldn't be able to recommend him as a guest on the basis that he lied to you about the purpose of his trip.
