Blurry pixelated Photos

Hey Fellow Hosts,

I hired a professional photographer to take pictures of my apartment. They look great on my laptop but end up looking blurry and pixelated on Airbnb. I called the service center 3-4 times without a solution. I tried uploading pictures at 1920x1080 or 1440x960 but it looks the same and unsatisfying. I look at some of the "competition" and it looks great. Does anybody have experience with that?

I agree, the pictures look great.  Perhaps you did not wait from them to complete the upload when you viewed them.  Good luck!
