Boutique Hotel setup

I have a client asking for help setting up on Airbnb as an addtional bookings channel. It is a high-end 44 room boutique hotel so I'm going to set it up under the new Boutique Hotel category. Meeting with the hotel management later today to start on this but my question is about the Account to use to set it up...the  hotel is run by a company set up solely to run the hotel...is it possible/advisable to set up an account under that company name? I don;t want to set it up under my account name obviously as all the reviews should link to a specific  Hotel account....
