Calendar depending on number of guests

My apartmant can host 4 people, but i would like to set price for 1-2 guests lower than for 3-4 guests.

I cannot find answer anywhere else so pls help 🙂

You can set the base rate for your appartment, and then set a rate for each additional guest after the first guest.

Go to Manage Listings, click on Calendar and More, and then in top right menu you will see Pricing Settings.

Go to Base Price and enter your standard nightly rate.

Then click on Additonal Pricing Options - where you can add extra £ per guest after first, or second guest, etc. Here you can also add your cleaning fee and security deposit.

You can also set a higher weekend base price for Fri and Sat nights on this page if you wish.
