Yesterday night as usual, I recieved a text on my phone saying that a guest requested to stay in my apartment. I clicked on the link to confirm the request but as the link opened, it said that there were no pending requests. I asked my daughter to check on the computer, but she found no pending requests. We thought that our guests had canceled the booking. However, today i recieved another text by airbnb which asked me to answer and confirm the request in order to not loose my response rate. I reclicked on the link provided, but it said that there were no pending requests.
What can i do?
