Airbnb Email doesn't seem to work

Hi,

I recently sent a welcome email to a guest using the Airbnb email address on their profile.  The guest never received it.

Has anyone else had this problem?  It also doesn't show up in the messages on the website.

@Johnny55  It wouldn't show up in messages the emails are a different system.  It probably ended up in their spam/junk mail, has happened to many a guest I have. I now write the guest a message on the message board to expect an email from me and to confirm receipt by replying, and saying if they do not see it in their inbox to check their spam/junk folder - they often do find it there.
