Can't see guest's review

I have a potential guest who has requested to stay. Her profile says that she has one review, but I can't see it. Is there a reason the review might not be visible?

It really does depend on what device you are using.

If you can log in to your computer via Google Chrome, that's the best way to see everything.

ever since Airbnb suggested that, I no longer use the APP on my iPhone except to do the basic stuff like writing back to guests who communicate with me on the message board.

Also, if that is still not working for you, just call Airbnb and they will be happy to email you that review. They have been so amazing to help me with these issues in the past.  Happy Hosting....

I'd checked on my computer and it's not showing on Firefox or Chrome and she also doesn't have verified ID. I'll get in touch with AirBnB. There's just something that doesn't quite sit well with me with her message.....

I've had lovely guests to far.

Hi ... did you find out how to view a guest's reviews?  I'm using Chrome and have the same issue.
