Cancelation due to management final notice

Hello 

The management of my appartment just gave me a final notice that i can't rent my appartment  with Airbnb anymore due to the contract with them . While i'm canceling the reservation of the future guests i see you are charging me ($50- $100 ) for each cancelation . How can we weive this fees ?

@Layth0  Apparently you were not aware that you could not list your apartment so now you have to cancel your listing which you cannot automatically do if you have bookings in the future.  You need to work with Air BNB to cancel and relocate these guests. Here is a guide to contacting them.
