I'm new to this and just had my Easter booking cancel. Do other hosts have a cancellation fee and what terms and conditions do you apply to it?

What exactly do you mean by "cancellation fee" ?

In your listing you can set a cancellation policy, this policy decides what (if any) is refunded to a guest when cancelling a reservation. Your policy is set to flexible. For more strict policies please read this:
