Hi everyone. I am currently a super host and I rent my apartment as a complete accommodation, but for some circumstances I would like to change it to a shared one, that is, rent a room in my apartment. Please tell me a little about how it works when you stay at the property at the same time as the guest. Thanks a lot.

My listing has always been a private room and thus shared with the guest.  I really do not want to have strangers in my home without my presence even though I could make a great deal of money during some high demand times.  Of course the money is different and you have to be the type of person that can be social with others.  Take a look at my listing for how I describe it if you wish.  I would be happy to answer any  more specific questions you might have.
