Check-in & Cleaning of Apartment in Carrer Casanova, Barcelona

I'm looking for someone to clean & prepare my holiday apartment in Carrer**[Sensitive information removed in line with - Community Center Guidelines], 08011 Barcelona for my guests arriving on Friday, 27 September and also to do the Check-in in the afternoon. The cleaning can be done from 11:00. I don't know yet the guests arrival time but check-in is usually from 15:00. 

I've never asked anyone in the Airbnb Community to help me out so I'm not sure what compensation in terms of money I should offer. Please feel free to let me know what you would charge!

I didn't know there was a Barcelona host forum. Is there a link? 

Also what's the difference between a Level 10 (you) and Level 2 (me) hosts? I wasn't even aware there were 'levels'.
