City regulations in West Hollywood/city of LA/ LA county

Hi, I live in West Hollywood and I received a latter from the city asking me to stop doing Airbnb in my place.. anyone has the same situation around me ? I’m trying to know what is my rights

Hello Yonathan,

It may be that you do not live West Hollywood and you actually live in Los Angeles. My property is on Franklin and Kings Road.  I initially thought it was WEHO. The zip is shared with WEHO (90069). Legally, I am actually located in Los Angeles and had to obtain a permit.
