Contacting an airbnb representative

I have been trying to get in touch with my host for weeks about what the Check In/Key Exchange protocol will be for my trip in early July.  So far there has been no response at all.

I've been trying to get in touch with Air Bnb to help me, but all it does is give me the same ways to contact the host.

Is there anything I can do?
