Daytona Beach Hosting

Hi, I’m not sure if I’m asking in the right place, but I’m looking for help from other hosts. I own a vacation rental in a different state already and I enjoy it very much. 

I am am looking at expanding and buying a property where I want to relocate eventually. And would be looking at renting it out for a while until I can move there. I am wondering how other hosts are doing in the Daytona beach and ormond beach Florida area.

It’s doing well my problem is that I don’t have enough houses yet .

Hi Joseph. I live in Daytona beachside (just off A1A) and it does well. I live in the home I host and have come to enjoy it. Daytona used to be the Spring Break destination, then it was Fort Lauderdale. Now I think it's coming back and gaining new popularity. There has been some great infrastructure improvements in the city and the community is improved overall I think. I've been here for over 2 years and seen changes.

Beachside rents well.
