Hi dear Airbnb support team, I have a question . I ve been a superhost for many years and now have three or four listings.Today a new guest made an enquiry about booking one of my apartments , I preapproved her and although she seems to have accepted my pre-approval, with the dates showing on this alartments calendar, nevertheless the bookung apoears as "Not possible" instead of "Confirmed". The dates were available initially and I didn't have another enquiry for the same dates. Can you help me please? I did notice a note from suppirt that they are trying to sort out the problem but so far they have not reverted. Thanks and regads, Pieris Theodorou
