Different in total payout on site and receipt received.

Hi my guest scheduled to arrive in November has informed me that the total sum shown at the time of making the booking is different to the receipt and confirmation showing a higher amount as additional Airbnb service charge. Could this be possible or some error. I have got the same confirmation total as the guest had at the time of making the booking. However the receipt of the confirmation is much higher. Could someone help me in this regard.

Without seeing what you can see ... is it possible that there is an exchange rate fluctuation in the pricing?

Your query is not very clear - are you saying that they have confirmed additional service charged made by Airbnb? Th eguest will normally be charged. nightyl rate x number of nights booked + if applicable, your ckeaning fees & additional guest fees + Airbnb Service charge which is any thing between 6-12% of your overall charge. Is it this 6-12% service fee the guest are quering?
