Disabled account

My mother has an airbnb account and her account was temporary disabled as many others experience it. I have get her to email airbnb and even call them and the customer service officers mentioned they are already looking into it. It has been almost a month and still no update yet.

 

We need to pay rental every 8th of the month. without any active listing = without booking = no income and how do we afford for the rental.

 

Since after 1 month of wait, we tried to sign up a new account then decided to forget about the 11 reviews that we had. But after a few days it was disabled again! We are real host and sincerely want to host, airbnb should not encourage anyone to host if they want to disabled accounts and now i need to fork out my own money to pay rental every month. 

 

Very disappointed with airbnb regarding this issue. Anyone can help?

This is a forum for hosts. If you've already contacted Airbnb, I would suggest contact them again and again. Only someone at Airbnb can help you with an account/listing problem. Good luck!
