E-mail problem

Dear Airbnb Team,

 

 My name is Ms.Seng ** 

 

I writing this e-mail is request you to help send us the security code – Payment for your client booking ID:

[Personal information hidden as per the community guidelines] 

as I got some problem with old listing e-mail: desireparkboutiquehotel.com and now this property already closed.

 

So I had changed property name to Sakmut Boutique Private Balcony / Pool view, and I received only alert message directly to my phone :

[Personal information hidden as per the community guidelines] 

but  I forget change e-mail address.

 

Until now I didn’t received Payment code from Airbnb. Could you kindly help to check and I’m waiting your feedback soonest.

You'll have to contact Airbnb support to discuss the issue.

This site is a place where Airbnb members help each other with advice from their own experience. Members here don't have access to others' accounts.

 

Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
