Editing a review within the 48 hrs

I can’t seem to edit a review I wrote.. I followed the steps provided but did not work??????????

Has the guest posted theirs? If so,  you won't be able to edit yours.

If they haven't sounds like a technical fault, in which case you'll need to call Airbnb.
