Our house is located a few hundred feet from a major forest fire.  The neighborhood has been mandatorially evacuated. 
As Hoist, I have cancelled all reservations for June and July.  First, because we can't get to the house, Second, the air quality is very bad from smoke.  

I would love to contact someone at AIRBNB but cannot find information to report this.

You should have called AirBnB before cancelling and let them do it. Call now and hopefully they will remove any cancellation penalities from you.
