Full refund including airbnb fees

Dear All,

We need your help! We are in the San Blas Islands - Archipelago in Panama and are currently cancelling bookings due to a strike happening now on the road to our islands. We have sent a full refund to one guest already who was check-in today and we would like also to receive back the airbnb fees. We are having probably another booking to be cancelled tomorrow if the situation do not improve and we not know what's the best to do ? Send back full refund or cancel the booking but then we will be penalized and we want to receive back the airbnb fees. What will you do in such situations ? There is an alternative road but it takes +6 hours to get there  and it's impossible for guests staying just for one night. You should contact Airbnb customer support immediately and explain the situation to them to allow them to do cancellations for you.
