Getting our local managers details to arriving guests.

We have a local property manager and I am quite remote.   How do I in advance, a week or so, get property manager the contact informaiotn for the guest and get the guest contact informaiton for the property manager.   The site seams to block all of the contact information.

You would need to communicate to their private e-mail found (encrypted) on their profile.  Perhaps make a standard arrival document to send to your guests.
