Guest Payment

I have been asked if a Guest has to pay the full amount upfront or whether they pay a deposit & then the balance at a leter date can anyone advise me about this please

There is an option to pay in 2 installments, 1 part when booking and other part before check-in.  Looks like this option turns on automaticaly only if you have flexible and moderate cancellation policies.
