Hi Anyone can help?

Airbnb seems to have techinical issues which left me with an empty review though my guest said she has left a lengthy one. I received email about the review, but it cannot be loaded.  Guest's name also appear on overview of review, but when clicked it doesnt appear.  Every review counts and it is not helping with such sstem glitch. and I'm only 4% to becoming superhost.  Please help.
