@Jacki22 It's not just that the dates will remain blocked if you cancel- you'll also lose your Superhost status. Have you explained to the guest that if she doesn't cancel, that a refund will not be issued (even though you apparently have a flexible cancellation policy, if the guest doesn't cancel at all, the funds will come out of her account 24 hours after check-in date) and that you also won't be able to rebook the dates as long as her uncancelled reservation is holding those dates?
