Guest leaving early...voluntary refund.

Hello all,

 

My guest is leaving 3 days early. I'm not obliged to refund but I'm happy to refund if I can re-book the 3 days. Is there any way to unblock the 3 days and if, I get another booking, refund the initial guest?

@Kenny76  you or your guest should make an ALTERATION REQUEST to shorten her stay.

The other party has to accept it.

Or your guest can cancel her booking.

Then the reservation is shortened and your calendar reopened.

Your guest will be refunded according to your cancelation policy.

Then you can receive new bookings.

You can refund your guest by sending her money through the resolution center.
