Guest refund

I asked for a refund from my host due to a listing that was anything but what it was discribed. I will not talk bad of this person. He granted me a refund today. How do I get this refund and how long does it take? Will it go back into my mastercard?

Hi @Agustin22 Sorry to hear you've had a bad experience! Airbnb will take care of the refund, and yes, it will be processed on the card you used to make the booking.
