Just wondering if no review is the same impact as a poor review?

no review will get booking with easy going guests, many will book if the price is low or the time of the season in high demand.

Bad view will off put higher price paying guests and if your neigbour competition setting at a similar price and your review is bad, most likely they will turn to hosts with great review of the same price bracket.

@Karen-and-Char0  No, no reviews are the not the same as bad reviews.  In order to become a Super Host, at least 50% of your guests must leave you a review.  To my knowledge, that is the only stat that hinges on whether a guest leaves you a review or not.
