I am a new host less then 2-months with two successful properties. I had a guest, who is also a host, come for 3 days, who multiple times asked to pay cash to stay longer, which I declined. It ended up getting ugly as she didn't take no for an answer. She even went and asked my landlord if she could stay in my place! She had an item mailed to my address in her name. I finally got her out but of course, just as she had threatened she completely made up a review to make me look bad. I am terribly distraught especially as she is still in my neighborhood at some other place for the next month. Can I do anything about her false claims left on my reviews? Or take any legal action against her?
