What do you mean @Joe279? THey want to use your address to fill out DMV paperwork for a drivers license? I would say emphatically No do not let them use your address if they are  not a permanent renter in your home. I don't know what the implications are but I would not feel comfortable at all having a guest use my address for official paperwork with the government.
