Absolutely not. All transactions, communications, bookings, etc., should be conducted on Airbnb's platform. It protects all parties involved and provides a digital trail should something occur.

It is not ok. Any reservations that are made outside of Airbnb violate the Terms of Service. And it is also not safe.
