Hi, I offer a long term discount for weekly/monthly stays. I’ve had several guests take advantage which is great because it’s less work for me to get things turned over all the time.
A couple of guests have booked long term rates but then don’t stay the full time. I’ve had weekly guests stay 5 nights or 28 day guests stay 24 nights.
It doesn’t bother me to have someone pay and not be there the whole time but is there anything I should be concerned about when this happens? No one has asked for a refund.
I adjusted my weekly discount to discourage but does it matter? Has anyone else dealt with this? Can it lead to problems?
