I reported a guest for spam - but they were genuine

How can I 'unreported' a guest? Someone with no history sent me three identical emails in the middle of the night saying she was at work & wanted to book but couldn't download the site properly and could I contact them for a direct payment. I thought it was a spammer form abroad so reported it. But she has turned out to be genuine and i have accepted her booking. How can I 'unreport' her? There is a 'guest reported' flag on her booking currently.
