Guests were overcharged for their stay

I was very upset to find out that our guests were overcharged by AIRbnb for their 3-night stay at our home.  I immediatly filed for a refund to them, but very concerned that they have now left with negative feelings.  As AIRbnb is aware, this hurts business.  I don't know how this happened, but I am requesting that AIRbnb contact our guests to apologize and inform them of how this could have happened.  The printout of their reservations, when first made, shows the correct amount.  How do I contact AIRbnb to make this request?

You do not.

 

If the Guest has any issues with what they paid AirBnB they need to contact AirBnb, telephone number on their reservation.
