What do you do if a guest says your listings dirty when it's not!

Hi,

I wanted to ask what do you guys do if a guest checks in and sends a video tape of walking through your house( which is a modular home built 15years ago) and says it’s grimy because there are smudge on the mirror?  This happened 3 days ago, I sent my housekeeper to clean the house again and my housekeeper said the guest was asking for unrealistic things and my housekeeper said there was nothing to clean.  

It’s really creeping me out having this woman at my house who says it’s disgusting because there are 2 scrapes in the wall - the only imperfection in my whole house! It’s unsettling because it’s not rational.  Even IF my house wasn’t brand new that’s not a necessity to rent on air bNb to have a new house.  
what happens if you host guest who are trying to give you a bad review. It’s just creepy because this is my home!

I can imagine that this is not ideal. I was wondering whether you've also communicated this with Airbnb so that they have it on record?
