Guidebook only for restaurants? No scroll bar!

I just restarted my computer, still no joy.

No scroll bar (the map covers it up) and is it really only for restaurants / food places?

And before I restarted I had started my post here and inserted a screenshot, which I'm now no longer able to do.  Sigh .......

Instead of BROWSING to the location, it's asking me to TYPE the "source."
