Do you have any insurance for covering something like this, if we have to cancel.  Today is day 8 after my operation and due to some unexptected consequinces at the operation, I am not sure if I will be able to drive in 3 days from Pretoria to George.  I do not want to cancel but I am a bit worried now, do not want to loose all my money that I paid already.

Please let me know a.s.a.p. if there is a possibility that I might get my money back if we have to cancel?  Obviously all letters from the Neurosurgeon will be forwarded to you as proof.

You also should contact your travel insurance company - your insurance should be able to cover your costs, if you are not able to travel for heath reasons.
