Holiday Park - Listing on AirBNB

Hello all, 

I work at a holiday park in North Norfolk, comprising of lodges, most of which have hot tubs. 

Is there any issues with listing the individual lodges on Airbnb? I'm thinking of listing 1 for the next couple of months and seeing how well it does, before rolling the rest out. 

Advice would be appreciated.

If you are not the owner, the park could list them on Airbnb (with a business account) and you can be the co-host, managing them ?
