Hosts have falsely accused us of breaking furniture that was already broken.

I have used Airbnb many times over the last few years.  A friend and myself stayed at an apartment in Geneva, where the host gave false address and identity, then accused us of breaking furniture, which was already broken before we got there-two old cheap chairs and a lamp.  I am 59, my friend is 45, we are peaceful, non smokers, non drinkers.  There were a few other problems as there was only 2 towels for a week, no hairdryer etc...  Now they want to charge us 2,500. Swiss francs!!  Unbelievable!!!  This is the worst experience ever. If I ever use this again, be sure to take photos of everything when you arrive.  This is what i call extortion...they are liars.

You should involve airbnb immediately and also flag the listing asap to avoid others being scammed. Operating under false identity and false address is in itself enough to report this listing and extortion is a crime !
