How I can still speak with a "declined" guest ?

Initially, I did not have the department for the proposed dates at home. Then as airbnb INSISTE that you admit or decline the offer of someone, I did, then for some reason the gentleman managed to send me another message proposing other dates and now, I can not answer! I can not unlock it. Can you help me please? LS

I am using a laptop, so my comments may not be applicable to a device, @Laura1048.  Go to your Reservations; scroll down to All Reservations.  You should be able to see the declined reservation.  Select Message History and you can send a message to the guest.  Good luck
