How can I contact per email a person from Airbnb Payments in London

I send hours trying to find how to contact per email a person from Airbnb Payments in London to ask for earlier payements, but I would find it. It is unbelievable that there is no information about it. Can someone give me advice ? I want email not phone numbers ?

@Natalie551 try contacting them on Twitter or Facebook. But if you are looking for earlier payments before guests check in let me tell you that that is not an option with Airbnb.

Sorry you spent hours trying to find contact information for Airbnb, it's actually quite easy.

If you look at the top of the forum you are actually posting in, you will see a Contract Airbnb post which gives you all the ways of contacting Airbnb.

You can also look at Airbnb Help Centre and search for 'contact Airbnb' to find this information.

Finally Airbnb doesn't provide a generic email in London or elsewhere the best way to contact them regarding a payment issue is call them or use social media.
