How l can do airbnb in Athens ?

Hi everyone! 

l would like to know how l can do Airbnb in Athens. l am living in keramikos and l was thinking maybe i can do this summer. because unfortunate  l am gonna be unemploymened  two weeks after .  l am looking advice because  l hear that something changes in Airbnb. Somebody said to me you need some permission from your neighbors. And also they can come check your apartmant , you can pay fine for something. Can somebody help me about that? thank you so much from now.

If you want to know about regulations in your city @Nuriye1  you need to have a look on your local government website and if you can see anything then give them a call.
